How does the thought of running through wet fields and up muddy hills this winter sound? In the sport of cross country running that’s exactly what you do. It may seem tough but it’s a great way to exercise during the colder months, get out in the open and have fun with friends. Cross country running events take place all around the UK. They are held during winter and early spring – usually November through to late March.
