I’ve been really inspired by this week’s wellbeing page on positivity. It’s so easy to allow yourself to get caught up in negative thoughts, but the great thing about positivity is that it is always within our grasp. It’s a way to make a little bit of magic out of a dreary day and to make yourself smile, feel proud of yourself or hopeful about the future. Take the idea of going back to school or joining a new club. You might feel worried or anxious about it (you might not, of course!) and focus on everything that could go wrong.
