A boy and his dog dad cause chaos through time.

Mr Peabody & Sherman Apple TV, DVD, Sky Cinema, Prime Video Here’s an animated film that didn’t get enough attention when it was released but deserves another chance. It follows a talking dog – Mr Peabody – and his adopted human son, Sherman. As it turns out, it’s the dog that’s the genius here, having invented a time machine. It’d be fair to say things don’t entirely go to plan when they use it. There’s real charm in the relationship between the two, and although the film’s plot isn’t particularly special, the characters are. It’s also very funny, and it would make a great double bill with another DreamWorks animated film, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.…
