Crafter: AR Build Battle Android / iOS (Free) Building things with blocks has been popular in games since Minecraft, but Crafter gives the idea a twist for 2018. It uses augmented-reality (AR) technology to get you building virtual things that seem to hover in the real world in front of your smartphone. This isn’t just about creating things for the sake of it. Crafter is a game, a bit like board game Pictionary, where you’re given a word and then have to stick cubes together to illustrate it. You can even get friends to guess which word you started with. Choosing blocks and sticking them together is easy, and the more you play, the more blocks you’ll unlock to use.
