LUKE SELLARS had reached the point when he had nothing left to live for and was just looking for an exit. He had partied away a thousand and one nights that carried over into the next mornings. Alcohol and cocaine had become his daily habits. He hadn’t just gotten into trouble. He had always gone out of his way looking for it, picking fights in bars with the toughest guys, with doormen, with Hells Angels. When one pressed the barrel of a gun to his forehead, Sellars dared him to pull the trigger. He was a badass awash in adrenaline, but there was no real future in that.
