Leonsis acquired a full stake in NBC Sports Washington in 2022 and relaunched and rebranded it as Monumental Sports Network this past fall. Leonsis has invested tens of millions of dollars to create hundreds of hours of original programming while enhancing both the linear and digital platforms, including a new direct-to-consumer subscription service for live game broadcasts.
