Since her husband, Mike Ilitch, passed in 2017, Marian has opted to stay in the background. Christopher has taken on the role of president and CEO of Ilitch Holdings, Inc., and governor, president and CEO of the Red Wings. He serves as the public face of both the franchise and the family.
