DAN MARR: Everyone is obligated to know their area, so they get a lot of free rein to schedule themselves and know the players in their area. We assign the crossover scouting because we need to put our list together where we have enough opinions to vote on a particular player. Our intent is that the crossover entails a lot of the ‘A’- and ‘B’-player coverage. THN: Is video a more important tool now, after you used it so much during the pandemic? DM: We rely more on video now in the sense that we don’t feel as compelled to spend a lot of our money and resources to see one…
