The Guided mode is a great way to learn new skills, and in Elements 14 it has a new look and four new options

Guided mode is one of the strongest features in Photoshop Elements because it guides you, step by step, through some of the tools you'll need to master in order to progress from a beginner to an image-editing expert. It fills the gap between novice and expert, and as you learn to create the different Guided image projects, you'll pick up key image-editing skills in a friendly, painless environment..
