STRAWBERRY LEMON TRIFLE This refreshingly fruity dessert is one of our favorites. It looks so beautiful layered in a glass bowl that people will think you spent a lot of time in the kitchen. (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix2 tsp. grated lemon zest2½ cups sliced fresh strawberries, divided1 Tbsp. white grape juice or water1 prepared angel food cake (12 oz.)Optional: Whipped topping and additional strawberries 1.
