Keep your kitchen cool in the heat of summer with these refreshing refrigerator desserts

ANGEL BERRY TRIFLE I usually serve this dessert in the summer when fresh berries are bountiful, but I recently prepared it with frozen cherries and light cherry pie filling instead. (1 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt6 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed½ cup reduced-fat sour cream2 tsp. vanilla extract1 carton (12 oz.) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed and divided2 prepared angel food cakes (8 oz. each), cut into 1-in. cubes1 pint fresh blackberries1 pint fresh raspberries1 pint fresh blueberries Fresh mint leaves, optional 1.
