WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO MAKE THIS RECIPE? My family spends time in Miami, and we get the most delicious mangoes during mango season, so the inspiration started there. I love making savory dishes with fruits and herbs that are usually in desserts, for a fresh, bright contrast to classic proteins. WHAT’S YOUR GO-TO KITCHEN TOOL THAT YOU COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT? Either my super sharp Global chef’s knife or my Pampered Chef rubber spatula! Both have stood the test of time, and I don’t think there are many meals I have made without them!
