Homemade Chili Seasoning Combine ½ cup dried parsley flakes, ½ cup chili powder, ¼ cup dried minced onion, 2 Tbsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 2 Tbsp. dried minced garlic, 2 Tbsp. ground cumin, 1 Tbsp. ground coriander, 1 Tbsp. each dried cilantro flakes, basil and oregano, 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes and 1½ tsp. pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Makes 1¾ cups. Tex-Mex Beef Barbecue This recipe is from my mom.
