Fruit-filled and smattered with sprinkles, these toasty handhelds are about to be your breakfast BFF

STEP 1: MAKE THE DOUGH Unlike traditional pie dough, this dough is richer and more pliable, thanks to the added egg. Pulse in a food processor until it clings together. STEP 2: MEASURE & SLICE After rolling out the dough, measure carefully. The rectangles should be identical in size so they can be layered on top of each other. A ruler helps! STEP 3: CREATE THE FILLING Start with a top-notch jam; any flavor will do, but strawberry always hits the spot. Adding a bit of cornstarch gives the filling the body it needs.
