Slow-Cooker Oatmeal This easy oatmeal has a wonderful aroma while cooking and makes a satisfying addition to a brunch. —Brandy Schaefer, Glen Carbon, IL Prep: 10 min. • Cook: 3 hours Makes: 4 servings 2 cups 2% milk1 cup old-fashioned oats1 cup chopped peeled tart apple½ cup raisins¼ cup packed brown sugar¼ cup chopped walnuts1 Tbsp. butter, melted½ tsp. ground cinnamon¼ tsp. salt In a 1½-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is tender.
