I have observed, amongst my colleagues, a notable reluctance to refer in any way to the events of the past week. The merest hint of the name 'Tuvix' causes people to turn away, move on, or speak quickly over me. And yet there are plainly many pressing and fascinating philosophical ramifications arising from this episode. What constitutes identity? What is the nature of personhood?
