‘Colours are like a group of friends’ JILL COWLES, 62, from Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, recalls how she stumbled across colour therapy by accident Spring sunlight shone through the trees in our local woods, and I held on tight to my granddaughter Thea’s tiny hand, as we made our way through the dappled undergrowth.
