Try it now! The value of throwing paint around and loosening up can only be appreciated by doing it. Take five minutes to paint big blobs of colour or mush a load of different colours together. Get messy! Just do what comes! This is an excellent way to start your painting time. Randomness can clear the mind, open your heart to what is possible, and help to put you in the moment. Remember it’s crucial not to concern yourself with the outcome during this process. You are not trying to get anywhere in particular. This is an exploration, a discovery process.
