This simple meditation will help you reflect on love and attract more loving energy into your life

✪ Set a timer for 15 minutes. Sit in a comfortable space with your hands in your lap, palms facing upwards. ✪ Take three deep breaths in and out through your nose and clear your mind. ✪ Close your eyes and imagine a band of pink and green light glowing horizontally across your chest. ✪ Now visualise both colours travelling to the palms of your hands until you feel their energy. ✪ Open your arms wider and bring them to your chest, tapping and holding for a few seconds, and repeat the words, ‘I am love’. Feel the pink and green energy fill your entire body, opening your arms wide. ✪ Feel your chest open and release all that no longer serves you. Repeat until the timer bell rings and…
