Bathe in colour

A colour aura bath uses all the senses to bring balance. If you don’t have a bath, try soaking your feet in a bowl

✪ Play relaxing music as you prepare the bath, keeping in mind your intention to cleanse your energy and raise your positive vibes. ✪ Add two cups of Epsom salts, a few drops of lavender or rose oil and a handful of rose petals. ✪ Set a timer for 20 minutes with an alarm after every two minutes. If you have coloured lights, set them to change colour, too. ✪ Get in the bath and take two minutes to relax. Now visualise all the colours of the rainbow, plus turquoise and gold.
