Tamsin takes you through the yoga technique Full Yogic Breath to help you find calm

✪ Lie on your back in Savasana pose, separating your arms and legs into a comfortable position. Breathe through your nostrils, noticing the temperature and quality of your breath. ✪ Gently increase the length of your breath. Inhale to a count of four, and exhale to a count of six as your chest falls. Repeat six times. ✪ As you breathe, still inhaling for four, exhaling for six, expand your chest upwards. Breathe into the sides of your ribcage and across your upper back. Exhale and lower your chest. Repeat six times. ✪ Now inhale into your abdomen and observe your navel rise.
