A gentle stroll can start a flow of ideas, which will carry you through the day

Breathe Breathe in your surroundings as you walk. Imagine drawing a breath from deep in your belly and taking in as much oxygen as you can. As you breathe out, relax your body and let any tension fall away. Engage Engage all your senses during your stroll. Take note of what you can see, think about the smells, and then turn your attention to what you can hear. Listen to the sounds of your footsteps and your breathing. Feel Throughout your walk, take note of your feelings. If something captures your attention, ask yourself why, then consider how it made you feel. Slow down Don’t rush, give yourself plenty of time to experience everything and if you feel the need to stop and drink everything in, do it. Allow yourself the time to be inspired.…
