CONNECTING WITH YOUR inner self is the aim of yoga instructor Jackie Robinson, who will be hosting her Rame Yoga Retreat from November 4th to 6th in scenic Rosemerryn Wood, Lamorna, a picturesque spot near Penzance, Cornwall. ‘Yoga has been very much part of my life for many years. It has kept me stable and is my main foundation. By connecting with your breath, you calm the body and mind and feel centred – that’s the essence of yoga,’ explains Jackie.
