Stone communicates with us through touch. From ancient standing circles, to a pebble held in the palm of your hand, stone can speak to us through our senses, bringing serenity and, when you know how, a journey into another realm of consciousness. Have you ever felt a stone’s subtle energy fizzing at your fingertips, as if ancient spirits are singing – a quiet chorus drawing you into their sacred world? When I visit Castlerigg Stone Circle in Cumbria, I’m always drawn to one or two of this ancient site’s stones.
