Cleanse your home with a simple smoke ceremony to remove stagnant energy and any lost souls

1 Starting at the front door, take some burning sage (or an incense stick) and move it in an anti-clockwise direction around the doorframe. Moving anticlockwise removes blocked energy; working clockwise brings energy into a space. 2 Next, move around your house and follow the same process with the incense/smoke around all doorways, thresholds and windows. Pay special attention to the corners of rooms and the hallway – this is where stagnant energy collects. 3 As you move around your home, pray in each area.
