Try it now! 1 Recognise where your witch wound lies – is it sabotaging you by making you avoid things or stopping you taking action? 2 After meditating, or when you feel relaxed, use your hands to find where your witch wound is on your physical body. Bring your attention to this area and ask, ‘What happened? Where does this stem from?’ Trust the information you receive. It can help to write it down or say it aloud. 3 Send healing back. If you work with energy healing, such as reiki, send that energy back. If you work with the angelic realm, ask them to heal that space.
