When Jess McDiarmed was diagnosed with breast cancer, her inner strength helped light the darkest days

Aged 30, Jess discovered a pea-sized lump in her breast, but her worries were eased by her doctor who said, due to her age, it was probably only a cyst. But three years later, she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer and told conventional treatment would have only a 50 per cent chance of success.
