Simone recommends this candle ritual for becoming present and raising your vibration

✪ Sit quietly in your special place. You may have an angelic altar or meditation corner. If you ask a specific angel to deliver your message, you can choose the colour of the candle to match the angel you wish to invoke. For example, blue for Michael, green for Raphael and so on, or simply use a white candle. ✪ Write down your prayer or wishes, including what you need to let go of, then burn the piece of paper safely in the candle flame. To invoke an angel, say their name aloud three times. ✪ Sit quietly and say your prayer: ‘I call upon my guardian angel.
