Amind map is a tool to develop ideas and create plans that support them. Draw a circle on an A4 sheet of paper and in the centre of the circle write a feeling or goal you want to achieve, such as ‘happy’. Now draw lines coming from this circle so it looks like a Sun, each line representing something you can do to achieve the feeling of happy. You can then branch these off into more detailed actions and even develop each one into a goal using further mind maps.
