Colour in the mandala above. As you do, think about what the colours mean and how they make you feel

STEP ONE At the end of the day, choose your colours according to the way you feel, allocating certain colours to certain feelings. Create a colour key to document this. Ask yourself: What surprises did you experience with your colour choices? STEP TWO Document the various shifts and changes in your emotions and try to make your mandala look like these changes. Ask yourself: How do you feel while creating your mandala? STEP THREE Don’t be afraid to just be in the moment and really go for it! You are not being judged. This is your work and you have to start somewhere. Ask yourself: How cautious were you when you started?
