Tip Create a habit out of art journalling by allocating between 30 and 60 minutes a day for at least four days a week to your journal. Draw like a child or a professional but do it. A deeper sense of self-awareness, empowerment and inspiration will be your reward. Transforming your life with colouring is easy, says artist Mandy Nicholson. She’s devised a series of therapeutic art processes to teach women how to use colour to identify with their feelings. The trick is to colour your past, present and future.
