Choose a walking route where you feel safe and won’t be disturbed.
Ten minutes is the ideal time in which to complete this exercise, but do more if you wish. Set a timer.
Start the meditation by becoming aware of how your whole body feels as you begin to walk.
If you have a specific creative dilemma you are hoping to solve, focus on this as you walk. Or you can refer to the meditation questions for each chakra for inspiration, and to help you move past creative blocks.
If you become carried away by your thoughts, shift your focus to how it feels to walk, noticing the contact your feet make with the ground with each step.
When your timer sounds at the end of the meditation, write down any ideas, inspiration or insights…
