How to see auras

Here are five techniques to try

1 Place a houseplant in front of a white background. Concentrate and focus your eyes just above one of the leaves. With practice you will see the lime green energy a few millimetres above the surface. 2 Take your middle finger and hold it out in front of you at arm’s length. Hold your focus and you will see the white light that surrounds the tip of your finger. This white light contains all the colours of your aura when split. The more natural your focus, the easier the light separates into colours. 3 Wait for your pet to fall asleep.
