Step one CREATE A CRYSTAL MIRROR For this ritual you will need some of your favourite crystals, a glass bowl, rose oil, Palo Santo wood or incense, a mirror and some water. Begin by filling your glass bowl with water and submerging the crystals. Place the bowl underneath or next to your mirror and settle into the space. Step two CLEAR THE ENERGY Next, light the Palo Santo wood (or incense) and waft it through the air between you and the mirror. As you do, say aloud: ‘the space is now clear, the space is now kind, the view is now clear, the view is now kind’.
