Letting colour into my life Over the last year, I've been encouraged by Spirit & Destiny to revisit the creative pursuits I used to enjoy. A stressful life had stifled my creative spirit, but your article ‘Draw Your Dreams!’ in the July 2022 issue inspired me to dust off a colouring book and pencil set lying forgotten in my spare room. I'm an Aquarian and flicking through the book I was drawn to a sea scene. Choosing pencils of beautiful blues and calming greens, I soon coloured in the rolling waves, and felt a real sense of accomplishment. Many months on, I enjoy the therapeutic effects of art journalling every day, and I’m working on transforming my life. Thanks Spirit & Destiny for the inspiration!
