Can you believe Christmas is almost upon us? No, me neither! Every year I vow to be more organised, and every year I’m frantically wrapping presents in our bedroom and shouting, ‘Don’t come in!’, when someone starts to open the door. Hopefully I’m not alone in this state of unpreparedness… But while Christmas is a time of celebration and joy for some, and a time for family, friends and fun, it has (sadly, I think) become a time for huge over-consumption.
