You can divine with virtually any natural object you find on your walks or in your garden. Simply being in the fresh air awakens our senses and helps us connect with our intuition. As we become more receptive, noticing the crunch of leaves or the sound of birdsong, we become equally receptive to the insights and messages that come through the divination practices I will share with you here. A daily walk in nature is both a journey to our true selves and preparation for the divination work that follows. In winter, you may not find wildflowers and herbs, but nature still has many offerings: twigs, seed heads, stones, feathers, shells and the evergreen leaves of holly, ivy and bay laurel.
