Life saver For over 30 years, I’ve suffered from depression, have been in hospital countless times and placed on all sorts of medication. Eventually I was diagnosed with bipolar and would pick myself up countless times only to spiral back down again. During the first lockdown, I was guided to buy Spirit & Destiny and was soon journalling and meditating. I realised I was receiving signs all the time and there was nothing ‘wrong’ with me, I just need healing. I always knew I had gifts and now I understand them – I’m intuitive, can hear Spirit and do automatic writing.
