An easy way to connect with the planet’s energy grids

IMAGINE ROOTS GROWING out of your root chakra at the base of your spine, down into the Earth, and then further and further downwards until you find yourself connecting with the rich, golden light of the Earth’s energy grids. LET YOURSELF FEEL THE ENERGY of the Earth as it flows around, into and through you, and let yourself feel into anything and everything the planet has to share while also sharing positive, healing energy into those grids yourself.
