Earth Forage for sand, rocks, soil, flowers, seeds and twigs to use in your mandala to represent the element of earth, which helps harness grounding and family roots. Air To represent the element of air, use feathers, fallen leaves, dandelion clocks and herbs that carry their scent on the air, such as lavender or rosemary. Air symbolises communication and ideas. Fire Use bright yellow or orange plants, thorns, berries or red stones to represent fire, which symbolises energy and transformation.
