Create a nature mandala to connect with calming summer vibes

Step one Head outside into your garden, a park or the beach. Bring a basket to collect lots of items to make your mandala, such as leaves, grasses and feathers. Loosely translated as ‘circle’ in Sanskrit, a mandala is used as a spiritual tool by many religions and cultures for various intentions including meditation and healing.
