“DANDELION, LOOK!” DOODLEBUG Pinkley said, nudging his sister. They stood in the lobby of Pine Nut Elementary School, along with their cousin Rudyard. Doodlebug handed Dandelion the latest issue of the school newspaper, Pine Nutters’ News. The headline blared, “Mystery Photographer on the Loose!” Dandelion frowned. “I wonder who it is.” “And why is this person doing this?” Doodlebug asked. “Maybe—” “I love mysteries!” Rudyard interrupted. “Read the whole thing, Dandelion!” Attention, students! Have you noticed strange photographs posted around school? Inquiring minds want to know: who’s doing this and why?! The anonymous photographer sent us a note saying the photos together make a coded message. To figure out the message, you will need to find five objects in each of the first three photos.
