This novel explores what might have been if Richard III had won the battle of Bosworth and defeated Henry Tudor. This is an historical romance which has very little to do with the 'real' history of the time, being a 'what if' story. Richard has defeated one enemy, but there are others who oppose his reign and will work to overthrow him.
