PRIMEROS Aperitivo de sandía con queso de cabra 10 PERSONAS / TIEMPO: 30 MIN. / FÁCIL INGREDIENTES: • 1 sandía• 150-200 g de queso de cabra fresco• hojas de albahaca VINAGRETA DE CEBOLLINO: • 1 manojo de perejil• 1 manojo de cebollino• 9 cucharadas de aceite• 3 cucharadas de vinagre• pimienta• sal PREPARACIÓN: PUEDES CAMBIAR EL QUESO DE CABRA POR BOLITAS DE MOZZARELLA (1) Cortar la sandía a la mitad y hacer bolitas con la cucharilla redonda. Cortar el queso en dados del tamaño de las de sandía. (2) Separar y lavar las hojas de albahaca. Vinagreta de cebollino: Triturar todo los ingredientes juntos y comprobar el punto de sal.
