Ingredientes: ✦ ½ kg de garbanzos ✦ 2 cebollas medianas ✦ 2 dientes de ajo ✦ ½ hoja de laurel ✦ unos granos de pimienta ✦ ¼ kg de congrio en dados ✦ ¼ kg de almejas ✦ ½ kg de acelgas ✦ 8 cucharadas de aceite ✦ 2 de tomate frito ✦ 1 copa de vino blanco ✦ perejil ✦ sal Preparación: Poner los garbanzos a remojo en agua con sal durante 12 horas y escurrirlos. Cocer a fuego flojo cubiertos de agua caliente, con 1 cebolla, 1 diente de ajo, el laurel y la pimienta, durante unas 2 horas. Sazonar al final. Lavar, secar y sazonar el congrio.
