Arroz a la zaragozana

Ingredientes: ✦ ½ kg de costillas de cerdo adobadas en trozos ✦ 4 tacitas moka de arroz ✦ 1 diente de ajo ✦ 1 ñora ✦ 1 pimiento verde ✦ 1 pimiento rojo ✦ 1 tomate ✦ 8 cucharadas de aceite ✦ perejil ✦ 10 tacitas moka de agua o caldo de cocido ✦ 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce ✦ sal Preparación: Rehogar la ñora y el ajo en una cazuela y reservar en el mortero. En el mismo aceite, freír las costillas hasta que se doren e incorporar los pimientos limpios y troceados. Cuando estén blanditos, añadir el tomate pelado y en dados, y freír todo 10 minutos más.
