Ingredientes: ✦ 75 g de lentejas peladas ✦ 1 l y ½ de agua ✦ 150 g de pollo troceado ✦ 1 cebolla ✦ 1 pimiento rojo ✦ 6 tomates ✦ 1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco picado ✦ ½ cucharadita de cúrcuma ✦ ½ cucharadita de canela en polvo ✦ ½ cucharadita de nuez moscada rallada ✦ cilantro fresco ✦ azafrán ✦ sal y pimienta Preparación: Aunque no es necesaria ponerlas a remojo, al estar peladas, sumergir las lentejas en agua fría durante una hora favorece su cocción. Escurrirlas. Calentar agua en un recipiente y cuando rompa a hervir, echar las lentejas, el pollo y la cebolla picada. Cocer a fuego lento durante 30 minutos.
