A Childhood Story Rediscovered
When I was just ten years old, I wrote Secrets as a fourth-grade school assignment. It earned me an A-, and I set it aside, content with my small accomplishment. Life went on, and the story was forgotten-until fifty years later, when I found it tucked away in my mother's bookcase while sorting through her belongings after her passing.
Discovering it again was like unearthing a time capsule of my childhood, a snapshot of imagination and innocence. Encouraged by my husband, Michael, I decided to share it with the world.
Secrets is a heartfelt reminder that sometimes the stories we write as children hold more meaning than we ever imagined. This cherished piece from my past is now yours to enjoy.
