After years of studying, researching and observing spinal conditions especially the abnormal curves of the spine, scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis, I found that many patients got spinal problems from lifting, carrying heavy objects, bad posture, sitting and working in awkward positions, or just slouching on their favorite sofa watching television.I used traction, taping, stretching, spinal supports and manipulation, trying to correct the abnormal curves.I observed the Adam's test on many normal and abnormal spines and I observed athletes that exercise every day to have strong, healthy spines without any abnormal spinal curves and a good posture that is the envy of many.I came to the conclusion that the best way to prevent and treat scoliosis is spinal exercises and the patient has to have the motivation, the will, desire and determination to exercise daily.ONLY the patients can do the exercises, NOBODY else can do the exercises for them.
