You will learn how to pay attention to your body, listen to its signals, and give it the proper nourishment it needs to heal so that it can support you on your journey to enlightenment.
What you may not know is that every successful spiritual journey involves taking care not just of the your spirit and your mind, but of your body too. In fact, the only way to make solid, steady progress on your quest for enlightenment is to pay equal attention to your body, mind and spirit. if any one of the three is missing or neglected, your journey may continue, but your destination will not be reached until all three become one and operate as a single unit.
